There is joint controllership between us and the platform operators within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. Where providers offer agreements on joint controllership (for example LinkedIn Joint Controller Addendum or Meta Page Insights Controller Addendum), these form the basis of cooperation.

When you visit our social media pages, personal data is processed by the respective platform operators. We have no full influence on the type, scope and purpose of data processing by these providers.

The use of our social media presence is based on our legitimate interest in modern corporate communication in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. If you are asked by the platform operators to provide consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR is the legal basis.
