The project builds on our many years of experience in the calcium silicate industry and our understanding of the requirements of modern production processes. Our aim is to develop a modern, independent and future-ready plant concept that takes technical, economic and operational requirements equally into account.

Direct dialogue with the industry is an important part of the development process. Since the start of the project, we have been engaging directly with plant operators, equipment manufacturers and industry experts. The best solutions are developed not only at the drawing board, but above all where plants are operated, maintained and continuously improved every day.

Our discussions focus, among other things, on the following questions:

• What challenges do you encounter in day-to-day operation?

• Where do you regularly experience downtime or additional workload?

• Which functions would make your work noticeably easier?

• What requirements should a future-ready plant concept meet?

Practical experience and feedback provide valuable input that feeds directly into the further development of the plant concept.

Our objective remains unchanged: to develop a plant concept for calcium silicate brick production that is not only technically sound but also consistently aligned with real-world operational requirements.

The project continues to evolve. We will continue to share updates on the next steps and new findings in our TechLog.
