Our team has many years of experience in mechanical and plant engineering for the production of sand-lime bricks. At TechLine GmbH, we have built on this expertise and developed a fully automated sawing system for large-format sand-lime brick elements.

The system enables the prefabrication of large-format sand-lime brick elements directly at the factory according to the wall layout. The elements are precisely cut to size, numbered, and prepared for installation, so that they can be assembled directly on the construction site, largely eliminating the need for on-site cutting. Angular and diagonal cuts, e.g., for gables, are also reliably executed. This construction method is gaining increasing importance as it reduces construction time, simplifies installation processes, and enhances planning reliability. This allows manufacturers of sand-lime bricks to expand their product portfolio with ready-to-install elements and make their production processes more efficient and predictable.
All components, including conveyor systems, gripping technology, automation components, and packaging technology, were designed in-house and integrated into the overall concept. A key element is our proprietary sawing technology, featuring a standardized sawing module for both straight and angled cuts. This simplifies the system architecture and reduces planning and integration efforts. Multiple identical modules allow for flexible adjustment of capacity and cycle time to meet varying production requirements.
“Complex tasks do not require complicated solutions, but rather clearly structured systems.”
Automation and control technology is implemented in collaboration with experienced partners in the fields of programming and plant control. This results in a coordinated solution in which mechanics, automation, and process logic work together seamlessly.
Für Betreiber und Hersteller ergeben sich daraus folgende Vorteile:
- A comprehensive, end-to-end solution rather than isolated, standalone solutions
- easy integration into existing production processes
- fewer interfaces between the mechanical components, the control system, and the software
- flexible adjustment of system performance to meet varying production requirements
- a unified system solution simplifies expansion
- automated processes reduce manual effort and minimize errors
- enables the expansion of existing plants and the establishment of new production lines
- a single point of contact for technical matters regarding the entire system design
TechLine is thus expanding its product range to include a proprietary plant design for automated solutions in sand-lime brick production.
